Please read the following carefully, my art status is here for a reason. I am no longer in High school; I'm not even in University any more, I have jobs and other priorities that have to come first and therefore haven't got the time to complete 'requests' for random people I have never even met before. Thank-you for understanding.
Really? If you have to ask for a gift then it is no-longer a gift, it is a request.
I only make gifts when I feel like it, and usually because I want to draw the character.
Kind of the middle ground of gifts and trades, I will do them if I like the theme, prize, character or I think I can win.
I'm not against you telling me you have a contest going, just don't expect me to enter.
(Well maybe if I think it is a cool idea for an official character)
I do not draw Fan-characters in requests
I'm a little more lenient to trades, at the moment they are closed but I am not completely against them. If someone that I watch wants to do a trade with me, I may consider it depending on what they want and the complexity. But I can guarantee a NO to people that just come randomly out of no where
I feel that I am better at colouring then drawing, so it will depend on what the other person wants me to colour. It has to be visually appealing and clean (Not full on but enough to make it easy to see). Again it all depends on time and your personal skill. (Some pictures my not match my personal style or colouring and I will not attempt these pictures.)
Closed. When I am doing commissions it will be advertised in my journal and taken down again when I am no longer doing them to avoid disappointment.
Commissions prices will either be points OR money, not both at the same time. It all depends on why I opened them in the first place.
I base my prices on the time it takes to complete each picture, and prices are equal between points and money. I am not going to spend 4 hours colouring a picture for 5 points (which is like 0.02$)
All of my prices are in AUD (Australian dollar) which may be more or less depending on how strong your own currency is.
I am not an extraordinary artist, but I am asked a lot so I hope this guide clears up or answers a lot of the common questions.
Thanks for the understanding and support.
